The villa is on Hacienda Del Alamo, one of the newest and most prestigious golf developments in the Murcia region. A traditional Spanish style, fully furnished villa. There is 1 double room with an ensuite bathroom and separate access to the patio area. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The living accommodation is spacious. There is heating / air conditioning throughout. The house has front garden access to the rooftop cupola terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hotplates, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The lounge area has a TV with access to cable and a CD player and radio.
There is a cafe and small children’s playground near the entrance to the resort. The club house has a top quality restaurant.
A car is essential for this location.
